Dr. Regan Harper, DC

Chiropractor/ Certified in Acupuncture

Dr. Regan Harper’s experience and interest in chiropractic began in his teenage years. As a result of various sports injuries, he has utilized chiropractic care for over 25 years.

Dr. Harper attended Red Deer College and the University of Lethbridge enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts & Education program. During this time he played on the college and University hockey teams. Dr. Harper also played semi-professional hockey for 8 years in the United States before returning to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and complete his doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Harper utilizes diversified, Thompson and Activator adjustment techniques and is certified in Acupuncture. Dr. Harper’s interests include hockey, golf, softball and trying to keep up with his two young daughters.


Dr. Ida Aghigh - Armata Health CentreDr. Ida Aghigh, Bsc (Hons), DC

Acupuncture Provider, Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist
Dr. Aghigh has extensive clinical experience working within the greater Toronto area. She graduated from York University with a Double Major Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology. Her post-graduate studies and internships were completed at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate with Honours. She has also completed the Functional Integrated Acupuncture certificate which she uses in conjunction with Chiropractic treatment to provide the most evidence-based, up to date treatment to her patients. Dr. Aghigh practices the Diversified Chiropractic technique which involves hands-on care such as manipulation and mobilizations, as well as soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and other electrical modalities such as IFC and Laser. Dr. Aghigh enjoys reading research in her free time to ensure that she is providing patients with the latest and most evidence-based treatments available.

Dr. Meghan MacKinnon, BSc, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Meghan is a licensed and regulated naturopathic doctor practicing in York Region.  She has a patient first approach to treatment and encourages dialogue and discussion at all steps along the way.  She completed the N.D. program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.

She treats all health conditions, however has developed keen interests in hormonal health and optimizing fertility, digestive complaints, autoimmune conditions and chronic diseases which may have a lifestyle component.  She also enjoys helping those who suffer from anxiety and depression to regain balance in their lives.  She enjoys collaborating with other health professionals to ensure her patients are receiving the best possible care.  Meghan has a passion for helping others achieve their health goals and is committed to continuing education to ensure her patients are getting the best and most applicable treatments.  She is a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Dr. Jessica Cardona, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Cardona completed the four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. While she has developed an eclectic practice, she has cultivated particular expertise in women’s health, digestive wellness, weight loss, preventative health care & anti-aging medicine. With a treatment grounded in Naturopathic philosophy and evidence-based research, she uses a wide array of modalities ranging from acupuncture & botanical medicine to nutraceuticals, diet and lifestyle counseling.

Registered Massage Therapists

Susan Henton, RMT

Susan Henton was born and educated in England.  She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 1995 bringing 21 years of experience to our clinic.

Susan’s expertise is Swedish technique and provides successful relief to patients suffering from many conditions including back and neck pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, and piriformis syndrome.

Susan’s goal is to assist patients in achieving optimal wellness by relieving pain resulting from injury and life stresses.  She has also enjoyed success working with seniors and expectant mothers.
