Dr. Regan Harper
Chiropractor and Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Regan Harper’s experience and interest in chiropractic began in his teenage years. As a result of various sports injuries, he has utilized chiropractic care for over 25 years.
Dr. Harper attended Red Deer College and the University of Lethbridge enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts & Education program. During this time he played on the college and University hockey teams. Dr. Harper also played semi-professional hockey for 8 years in the United States before returning to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and complete his doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Harper utilizes diversified, Thompson and Activator adjustment techniques and is certified in Acupuncture. Dr. Harper’s interests include hockey, golf, softball and trying to keep up with his wife and two young daughters.
Dr. Elina Baelde
Dr. Elina Baelde was born and raised in Newmarket Ontario. After high school she attended Guelph University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in human kinetics and nutrition. While living in Guelph she was first introduced to chiropractic care and decided that was what she wanted to be able to provide for people. She moved to Atlanta Georgia to enroll in Life University and complete her doctor of chiropractic. She employ's a range of adjusting techniques in her practice including diversified, Thompson, flexion distraction and activator. In her spare time Dr. Baelde can be found hiking with her dog, and playing board games or ultimate frisbee.
Registered Massage Therapist
Susan Henton was born and educated in England. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 1995 bringing 24 years of experience to our clinic.
Susan’s expertise is Swedish technique and provides successful relief to patients suffering from many conditions including back and neck pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, and piriformis syndrome.
Susan’s goal is to assist patients in achieving optimal wellness by relieving pain resulting from injury and life stresses. She has also enjoyed success working with seniors and expectant mothers.
Flora has provided psychotherapy and counselling services for over 15 years for individuals and families. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from York University. Flora has advance training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (including CBT for Eating Disorders), Emotional Focused Therapy (including EFT for Eating Disorders), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Her areas of specialization include Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, other disordered eating and body image issues); anxiety disorders (including OCD and phobias), depression, stress management, relationship and parenting issues.
Flora believes that each person brings their own personality, experience, and perceptions into the therapy. Therefore, her approach is holistic and client-centered. Flora aims to be very flexible and open minded, providing a safe environment for clients to share their stories and helping them regain their strengths, empowering them on their journey to recovery and healing.
